The UrbanKick experience will keep your body and your mind stimulated by varying your physical activity. Whether you're a beginner, a conditioned athlete or somewhere in the middle, UrbanKick is for those who want to kick it up a notch and take it outside.
Throughout the UrbanKick 4 week session you will experience a different workout every day. While some classes will focus on cardio conditioning--walking, jogging, sprinting or drill work--other classes will focus on strength and resistance training. Be prepared to improvise; maybe an obstacle course, sprinting in the sand, running up stairs, jumping rope or doing some kick boxing. No matter what the workout, UrbanKick is for everyone!
