Outdoor Fitness classes

UrbanKick is more than a boot camp, it's a workout program designed to continuously re-program your body for optimal fitness. Throughout the 4-week session you will experience a different workout every class.  While some classes will focus on cardio conditioning—jogging, sprints, drill or interval work—other classes will focus on strength, resistance or power work.

Be prepared to try something new: sprinting or resistance running in the sand, stair and hill repeats, TRX suspension training, weighted jump rope, sand bag work and more!  No matter what the workout, you will walk away stronger and healthier!

The small-group, personalized fitness classes are held year-round

at Lake Merritt in Oakland.

Morning, evening and weekend classes available to suit your schedule.
