UrbanRun

UrbanRun is a 15 week comprehensive running program designed for people who want to run for fitness and for those who want to improve their speed, mileage.

Led by experienced pacers you will train to run for fun and/or compete in your first 1/2 or full marathon.

 

All fitness levels welcome.

What will you experience in the UrbanRun program?

  1. Weekly training runs held every Sunday that will teach you the mechanics of proper running
  2. Group-supported training runs led by experienced pacers
  3. Route maps for pre-determined courses
  4. Progressive mileage to safely meet your goals
  5. Recovery aid after long runs
  6. Cross-training and coaching tips to combat overtraining and improper training
  7. 1-1 coaching available upon request.
  8. Stretching clinics offered throughout the program
